All sales and Subscriptions are available in and shipped to UK Mainland only at present. Orders for in-stock items will normally be shipped within 3 working days of order being received. Holidays and seasonal periods may result in delays of several days beyond our control. We will endeavour to contact you on the provided email address to inform you of any anticipated delay in the order being shipped beyond 3 days. You must notify us within 10 days of us sending your order shipment notification if you haven't received your order.
Subscriptions when available run for two issues and cannot be cancelled during the 12 months, no returns and no refunds given. Any change of address details during the course of a subscription period must be communicated to us in advance of each issue shipping otherwise any replacement items will be charged at current pricing plus postage.
